At Aromivo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must have all original tags and packaging

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate the return
  2. Ship the item back to us with a tracking number
  3. Once we receive the item, we'll process your refund
